1. Travel Risks: You acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with our tours, including personal injury, illness, or property damage.

2. Liability Waiver: To the extent permitted by law, OFF ROAD TRAVEL N TREK is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense you may incur during our tours. Our company shall not be liable if any natural calamity occurs or any physical problem occurs due to trip

3. Health & Fitness: You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit to participate in our tours and activities.

4. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for your trip.

5. Itinerary Changes: We reserve the right to alter tour itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control. If your scheduled itinerary route, hotel / home stay & location can be changed due to natural calamiti or weather condition or political situation or seafty concern then we can charge extra money beyond the fixed package cost

6. Personal Property: You are solely responsible for your personal belongings during the tour.

7. Third-Party Providers: We act as an agent for various service providers and are not responsible for their actions or omissions.

8. Marketing: We may use photos or videos taken during tours for promotional purposes.

9. Compliance: You agree to comply with all local laws and regulations during the tour.

• Minor itinerary changes (e.g., changing activities, Accomodation, within the same location) requested more than 30 days before departure: Chargeable.
• Major itinerary changes (e.g., changing destinations, Route, Map. Transport Type) requested more than 30 days before departure: Chargable, plus any difference in package price.                                                                                                                                                           
• Changes requested less than 30 days before departure are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

1. Indian Nationals

• Identification: A government-issued photo ID such as an Aadhaar card, Votar Card driver’s license, or passport & 2 Copy of Passport size photo is typically required.
• Permits: For most domestic travelers, no special permit is needed. However, if you plan to visit restricted areas near the borders with China or Bhutan, you may need special permits.

2. Foregin Nationals

• Passport and Visa: A valid passport and an Indian visa are mandatory. Ensure your visa is valid for the duration of your stay.
• Protected Area Permit (PAP): Foreign nationals require a Protected Area Permit (PAP) to visit Sikkim. This permit can be obtained through the Ministry of Home Affairs, or via travel agencies that handle permits.
• Restricted Area Permit (RAP): For certain border areas, additional permits may be required, which can also be arranged through travel agencies or local authorities.
