The trek takes you through diverse landscapes, from lush rice terraces and traditional Gurung villages in the lower regions to rhododendron forests and glacial terrain at higher elevations. You'll witness stunning views of peaks including Annapurna I (8,091m), Machapuchare (6,993m), and surrounding mountains.

 

Accommodation is in teahouses (basic mountain lodges) along the route, with meals available. No technical climbing skills are needed, but good physical fitness is essential. Trekkers need permits (ACAP and TIMS) and should be prepared for altitude changes.

Itinerary

Day-1: Arrival in Pokhara

Altitude: 825 m/ 2,700 ft.

Stay: in the hotel (check-in at 12 noon).

Day-2: Pokhara to Klue (Drive) and trek to Ghandruk

Altitude Ghandruk: 2,000 m/ 6,500 ft.

Altitude(Klue): 1,800 m/ 6,000 ft.

Drive to Klue: 48 km | around 2 hrs.

Trek Distance: 7 km | Duration 4-5 hrs.

Day-3: Ghandruk To Chhomrong

Altitude: 2,200 m/ 7,200 ft.

Trek Distance: 10 km | 6-7 hrs.

Day-4: Chomrong To Dovan

Day-5: Dovan To MACHHAPURCHE BASE CAMP

5. Itinerary Changes: We reserve the right to alter tour itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control. If your scheduled itinerary route, hotel / home stay & location can be changed due to natural calamiti or weather condition or political situation or seafty concern then we can charge extra money beyond the fixed package cost

 

6. Personal Property: You are solely responsible for your personal belongings during the tour.

 

7. Third-Party Providers: We act as an agent for various service providers and are not responsible for their actions or omissions.

 

8. Marketing: We may use photos or videos taken during tours for promotional purposes.

 

9. Compliance: You agree to comply with all local laws and regulations during the tour.

1. Indian Nationals

  • Permits: For most domestic travelers, no special permit is needed. However, if you plan to visit restricted areas near the borders with China or Bhutan, you may need special permits.

2. Foregin Nationals

  • Passport and Visa: A valid passport and an Indian visa are mandatory. Ensure your visa is valid for the duration of your stay.
  • Protected Area Permit (PAP): Foreign nationals require a Protected Area Permit (PAP) to visit Sikkim. This permit can be obtained through the Ministry of Home Affairs, or via travel agencies that handle permits.
  • Restricted Area Permit (RAP): For certain border areas, additional permits may be required, which can also be arranged through travel agencies or local authorities.
